Global Developments in Crypto Disputes
Our recent CFAAR Q1 event in Cayman, hosted by Conyers, brought together leading experts for an engaging discussion on crypto disputes and the evolving legal landscape.
CFAAR has launched its North American Chapter with an event in Washington D.C. bringing together co-founders and contributors from across the crypto fraud and asset recovery community.
Hosted at the offices of Chainalysis, the day included a founders’ lunch, panel discussions and an evening reception, all centred on collaboration and knowledge-sharing in the fast-evolving world of crypto disputes.
The event was co-hosted by representatives from Bennett Jones, Chainalysis, Kobre & Kim, Dontzin Nagy & Fleissig LLP, FTI Consulting, Orrick, and Perkins Coie. Discussions explored key challenges in fraud, insolvency and cross-border asset recovery involving digital assets.
Thank you to everyone who attended and to Chainalysis for hosting as we begin this exciting new chapter for CFAAR in North America.
